CRM Analyst EasyPark

The Role & Team

Our central CRM Marketing team, today covering 15 markets in Europe, is growing and we are therefore looking for a driven CRM analyst to join the team. You will be a valued contributor through performing analyses for different purposes within the CRM area. The work includes analyzing customer data to provide support for directed customer marketing efforts, providing useful insights for the effectiveness of CRM marketing campaigns and helping to initiate and implement CRM initiatives that will boost brand and customer loyalty and drive sales.

You will be a part of a fast growing marketing team and play a crucial role in guaranteeing our success. We recently implemented a new customer engagement tool, Braze, unlocking new opportunities to develop our customer communication and we have an exciting journey ahead of us.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Analysis of CRM marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging together with the CRM campaign manager
  • Assessments of CRM programs and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability to optimize campaigns and programs
  • Identifying different customer profiles and carry out optimization of CRM marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
  • Together with data scientist and engineering teams building automated reports and dashboards to support continuous improvement
  • Initiating and organizing mini surveys to gather deeper customer insights on CRM related topics
  • Providing support for local and central international CRM projects as applicable in the organization
  • Providing timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPIs

About you

We don’t know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:

  • Analytical and statistical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures. Naturally collaborative with great interpersonal skills to develop and build relationships.
  • You have well defined communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing and you are able to communicate quantitative information in a clear and informative manner.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills in order to identify risks comes natural to you, as well as providing market insights and drawing valid conclusions from findings using available data.
  • Proactive approach with the will to follow up closely.
  • A big plus if you are familiar with tools such as SQL, Python, Looker and Snowflake or is eager to learn.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Degree in business, marketing or statistics
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in CRM marketing and customer analytics
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written. The corporate language of EasyPark is English. Swedish is not required for this role.

This role is based at the EasyPark headquarters in Stockholm.
