Expansion Manager Europe

The Role

We are looking for a person who will win new market shares in Europe together with the rest of the Mavera team.

Your daily work will be to target insurance companies and create a consensus within their organization about the business value of Mavera’s solutions. We work with an Account Based Marketing & Sales approach, and you will work strategically together with your team members from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Management.

 

About you?

We believe that you have experience of working in the European market and opening large accounts. You are a senior business developer with great drive, and you will together with the rest of the team realize Mavera’s vision: To be the European market leader of claims management solutions for Accident & Health insurers.

You understand Solution Selling and how to communicate on multiple levels. You know how to convey different value benefits if you’re discussing with claims handlers, underwriters or c-level executives.
 
We highly value experiences of:

  • Account Based Marketing & Sales – penetrating large organizations
  • Selling Enterprise software solutions preferably SaaS
  • Sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot

At Mavera, English is our working language. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
