We are looking for a person who will join our growth journey and create real business value for our clients. As a CSM you will work together with the Key Account Manager, guiding the customer through the product adoption stage. You will work closely with other departments to build the customer’s understanding of the products and services. As a trusted advisor, you will make sure that we deliver the best customer experience possible. Your KPI’s will be connected to customer retention, contract renewals and new opportunities for our Sales organization.
