About the job

As our Global Senior CRM Specialist, you will be part of our fast growing Group Marketing Team with HQ in Stockholm city center.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce experts/consultants, group sales team and customer service, to ensure that our CRM setup and marketing automation activities aligns with our overall business goals and objectives.

You will play a critical role in supporting our brand in managing customer relationships and driving our CRM strategy forward. We expect that you are passionate about continuously optimizing the customer experience to enhance customer engagement, retention and loyalty. Furthermore, you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Make sure that the global database is in a great shape
  • Plan and execute marketing automation campaigns and initiatives to increase customer retention
  • Implement email automation workflows to deliver personalized and timely messages based on customer behavior, triggers, or other predefined parameters
  • Continuously plan and perform A/B tests included data, usability, performance, functionality, integration, security, regression and exploratory tests.
  • Monitor CRM/Marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement customer journey mapping to identify touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data-driven marketing

 

About you

We believe that to succeed in this role you are a highly skilled, responsible, analytical and logical CRM specialist with a thorough experience from working in HubSpot. Beneficial with previous experience from Account Based Marketing.

As a person you can be who you are with us. Traits such as driven, capable of delivery and analytical will come in handy. You will collaborate with people in various countries, so a good communicator and a willingness to guide people with passion and curiosity is highly appreciated. You communicates freely in English.
