We are an established international digital experience agency working with complex, large-scale digital solutions for ambitious organisations. We operate across multiple markets across EMEA, APAC, and North America and combines strategy, technology and delivery in close collaboration with our clients.

The B2B Content Lead sits internally within the organisation and you will be part of our global marketing team, working closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, consulting and leadership to ensure our content reflects real customer needs and commercial priorities. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing.

 

About the job

As our B2B Content Lead you will shape how we communicate our value, expertise and point of view to decision-makers across all our markets.

You will own our global B2B content strategy end-to-end, ensuring every message is insight-led, audience-driven and designed to build trust, demand and long-term relationships across the full funnel.


Your responsibilities

  • Own, develop and evolve our global B2B content strategy and tone of voice across all our marketing channels
  • Ensure messaging is clear, compelling and conversion-focused - without sounding like generic B2B
  • Plan, lead and execute B2B content marketing projects end-to-end, with strong project management ownership
  • Operate close to the business, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution
  • Track, measure, optimize and report on content performance, insights, learnings and next steps
  • Lead the way by showing “this is what good looks like”
  • Explore and leverage AI and emerging technologies as a natural part of content strategy, creation and optimization, with a continuous focus on efficiency, quality and performance.

 

About you

You bring structure, momentum and trust and enjoy building clarity where things are not fully defined from the start.

You combine strategic thinking with a strong ability to execute. You take ownership, own your decisions, and care deeply about creating marketing that people actually value and content that actually performs.


You bring solid experience in:

  • B2B content strategy and content operations but at the same time comfortable challenging traditional B2B thinking
  • Conversion-driven approach, translating business goals into measurable content initiatives
  • Wide understanding of content formats and how to systematically repurpose and scale content
  • How to build content that supports SEO, AI discoverability and long-term authority
  • Understanding of psychological factors in marketing
  • Leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Data analysis, measurement, and insight-led optimisation
  • Working full funnel, with a clear focus on what drives results
  • Working closely with sales and operations to turn real customer, deal and delivery insights into content

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a strong ability to defend the client perspective: what is genuinely interesting, relevant and valuable to the client

We work with modern tools that enable content marketing at scale (HubSpot, Contentful, Figma), so previous experience with these platforms is a plus.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are comfortable presenting in a senior, international setting.

As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and take clear ownership of what you commit to.
