About the role
As our Global Marketing Automation Specialist, you will own and execute our global automation strategy, enabling smart, insight-driven growth across our markets.
The role operates at the intersection of marketing, sales and strategy – balancing technical expertise with business acumen to support Vaimo’s shift toward a high-performing ABM model.
The role sits at the core of our growth engine and you will work closely with Sales, Content and our Growth/Performance Lead to translate business goals into scalable, high-impact automation programs and to ensure strong alignment, data quality, and measurable results. You report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and optimizing automated customer journeys across the full lifecycle.
- Building lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management programs.
- Creating trigger-based, behavior-driven workflows to increase engagement and conversion.
- Monitoring performance through dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and content.
- Using data insights to continuously improve automation performance and campaign results.
About you
You bring structure, momentum and trust and enjoy building clarity where things are not fully defined from the start.
You combine strategic thinking with a strong ability to execute: building flows hands-on, while continuously optimizing journeys using data, insights, and.
You bring solid experience in:
- Building and managing automated campaigns and customer journeys in HubSpot, preferable in a B2B setup.
- Lead scoring, nurturing and lifecycle management.
- Segmentation, personalization and dynamic content.
- CRM, data structure, data quality and GDPR.
- A/B testing, attribution and funnel analysis.
- Confidence working with KPIs such as MQL, SQL, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Email, inbound marketing as well as a basic understanding of PPC & SEO
- Integrating marketing automation with paid media channels such as LinkedIn in ABM or lifecycle programmes
